Massage spa opens in East Windsor

Township officials gathered recently to welome the newest business, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, at the East Windsor Village Shopping Center.

The business is one of 60 massage and facial spas run by the Hand & Stone Corp. of Hamilton, which has 19 spas in New Jersey.
